I am writing this email to praise your service, product and personnel. I was having an issue with my hot tub (an older Hercules model). I did not know how to fix it, or which part to use to replace the control unit which was broken. I found you service and spoke to one of your employees – DOUGLAS – who is an excellent and knowledgeable asset to your operation. I was able to describe my situation to Douglas and he was able to help me find the right piece to fix my problem.

I ordered the replacement piece and it came on time, in perfect condition, and was exactly what I needed. When I need a little extra help installing the new control unit Douglas was there and knew exactly how to coach me through the required procedure. When I didn’t have the control panel programmed fully and didn’t have the manual with me, I was able to contact Douglas, and without hesitation Douglas knew exactly how to walk me through programming the control panel to work the way I needed it to.

I also would like to praise a woman I spoke to in your accounts receivable department. I had wanted me bill emailed to me for accounting purposes and she was right on her game, and did exactly what I wanted.

In short, your product was perfect and your staff is excellent. As someone who works in a service-based industry I especially appreciate employees who know what they are doing and go that extra mile to ensure that their clients are satisfied. As  I mentioned I was particularly impressed with Douglas and your accounts receivable department.

I will be recommending your company to everyone I know.
